Buffer Bed - Material Drop Shock - Absorbing Bed - Belt Conveyor Buffer Bed

Buffer Bed - Material Drop Shock - Absorbing Bed - Belt Conveyor Buffer Bed

  • Product Type : Impact bed
  • Product Usage : null
  • Packaging : ‌set‌
  • Introduction : In material conveying systems, buffer beds play a vital role. As a reliable assistant for material drop shock absorption, belt conveyor buffer beds can effectively absorb the impact force when materials fall, reduce damage to the conveyor belt, and extend the service life of equipment.

Product Details

The buffer bed is used in the receiving area of the conveyor belt to reduce the impact of materials on the conveyor belt. During use, the buffer bed ensures surface-to-surface contact with the conveyor belt, effectively reducing the probability of longitudinal tearing of the belt caused by penetration by sharp objects or materials due to breakage or detachment of idlers.

Product Features:

  1. Unique industrial design forces full contact between the buffer strips in the material drop area and the conveyor belt surface, effectively preventing uneven stress on the conveyor belt during material transportation and greatly reducing impact damage to the belt from ores.
  2. Maintains the tightness between the belt and the overflow prevention skirt board, effectively preventing material splashing and side leakage caused by deformation of the belt between adjacent buffer idlers due to material impact.
  3. On-site installation: The bottom layer uses special high-strength steel components that are rust-resistant, lightweight, and easy to install. Buffer strips can be replaced individually.
  4. Can be disassembled and assembled according to different conveyor belt carrying capacities, belt widths, and trough angles, thereby effectively improving production efficiency.
  5. The surface material is UHMW-PE (ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene), which is smooth and wear-resistant, reducing friction resistance and extending service life. The middle layer of high-elastic rubber in the buffer strip can effectively absorb the impact of materials on the belt.
