- Introduction : The surface of ceramic-coated rubber sheets is embedded with small blocks of aluminum oxide ceramic pieces. Under the pressure of the conveyor belt, these pieces generate positive traction, increasing the friction between the drive roller and the belt, thereby preventing slippage. Meanwhile, the underlying rubber provides elasticity, acting as a shock absorber and extending the lifespan of the conveyor belt roller.

Ceramic wear-resistant rubber sheets are used for cold vulcanization drum coating. The adhesive side of the ceramic rubber sheet is coated with a semi-vulcanized CN layer, facilitating the coating process. The working surface is embedded with 92% aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) ceramic blocks, ensuring the overall stability of the drum.

Its wear resistance exceeds that of ordinary rubber sheets by 8-10 times and can be applied in wet, muddy, and high-wear working conditions. Ceramic rubber sheet is a high-end coating material that combines ceramic particles with rubber, retaining the elasticity and flexibility of rubber while possessing the hardness and wear resistance of ceramics. The surface hardness of ceramic rubber sheets is high, enabling them to resist scratching by sharp materials and offering excellent anti-slip properties. Therefore, they are particularly suitable for the transportation of sharp materials such as ores and coal, as well as in environments requiring high wear resistance and anti-slip performance.
